Not as good as they used to be 
I've been purchasing the Ulta foam applicators for years. This was the first time I noticed that the color of the wand itself had changed. After using them, I've learned that the quality is not at all what it used to be. The applicator itself is not glued to the stick so it falls off very easily. I'm looking for the black stemmed applicators, but it looks like they are no longer available.
