Unable to use
Bought this as part of my restock, when I went to use it a little over a month after, the nozzle messed up. From the reviews looks like its a known/common issue. Not worth going to exchange after every use.
Sent defective product
I was sent a defective product. I purchased the travel size. When i went to use the product a couple months later on a trip, nothing would come out. When i went to return this product they said it was past the window and refused to replace the product. I spoke with the girl at the counter for a couple minutes and she apologized and said there was nothing she could do. She gave me the number for customer service. They told me the same thing after about 20 minutes with them on the phone. Then they put me on hold for another 15 minutes, waiting to talk to a supervisor to which then I was hung up on. I love Divi products and I love their dry shampoo, but this is absolutely unacceptable. Older should stand behind their products. I don't care about a return window when a product is defective and never worked. That means that Ulta doesn't care if I throw my money in the trash as long as it benifits them.
Good product, bad packaging
The product us exceltn for inenhair girls. A little goes a long way, but it last a long time in your hair. I recived this as my diamond reward perk. Its the first time I used it. Again, i absolutely live the product. But the top soray mechanism stopped working and I still had half the bottle left. It was never dropped or misused. I attempted to take it back to the store but they refused to replace it because it was from a free full suze reward. They also had no tips or tricks on how to make to fix it. I hope it was just a one time bottle issue.

Better options for the price
Honestly, some people have commented about the scent and I will say it's a pretty intense minty fragrance. Not necessarily bad, but if you're sensitive to scents I'd stay away. It's hard to focus on how well it works because all I can focus on is the white residue it leaves in my hair; I'm brunette and no matter how much I work it in, or how little I use, it doesn't come out unless you wash. For the price, there are better alternatives. Living Proof is better, or try one of the non-aerosol's!
