Doesn't penetrate
This hydration treatment to me felt akin to covering my hair shaft with Jergens hand lotion. And still waking up that way. It was my first time finally getting around to trying this brand and I was so excited because its all so cheerfully packaged and perfumed. This one was a dud.

I received the Amika Dream Routine as a gift with an Amika website order. I used to use Joice overnight mask, I ran out & just never repurchased. And now I never will! I was pleasantly surprised with the pleasant, non-chemical smell of this product. I have been applying it to my hair daily prior to bed for the past three weeks. My hair is long, thin and knots very easily. Ive noticed a huge difference since using this product — less knots, softer, shinier hair, and it leaves no residue on my hands or pillows. I'm slowly switching all my hair care products to Amika and this will continue to be a staple in my routine!
