- Prep and exfoliate lips for a smooth base.
- Sharpen pencil for a precise edge and outline your desired lip shape.
- Fill in lips, starting from the center and gliding outwards for full coverage.
For a Blurred, Soft-Focus Matte Lip:
- Exfoliate lips and apply concealer to neutralize lip tone.
- Apply color from the pencil starting at the mouth's center, moving outward.
- Softly diffuse edges with a finger or flat shadow brush for a gradient look.

Defective
The lip pencil was defective. I was unable to turn the tube to get the product out and in trying, the tube broke and now I'm unable to return. 😡
