Apply the eyeliner as close to lashes as possible for a tight line or gradually increase and build-out a dramatic cat-eye or smokey eye makeup look. Use the tip of the pencil to fill in any gaps between lashes to create the look of a full lash line. Blend immediately after application when creating a soft or smokey look since this makeup formula is ultra-waterproof and sets quickly.

I have used the Drama Liqui-Pencil Dramatic Eyeliner for many months and love the way my small eyes look bigger ! It is easy to use and stays all day! I like the way it look on my bottom lashes. I am 70 years old and most people think I am 50. :)

Great pencil cannot sharpen
This is a good eyeliner, goes on smoothly. But I cannot sharpen the pencil. It will not come to a point. Breaks off and the pencil part touches your eyelid and it hurts. I put the pencil in the freezer as someone suggested but that didn't help either. I paid 26.00 for a pencil I cannot use

This pencil eyeliner glides on super easily and since I bought it a week ago, I have not experiened smudging (I put it on my waterline) and I am the type of girl that normally does. I highly reocmmend this product.

This product stays put all day and applies beautifully but sharpening is miserable. I've wasted so much product by sharpening, it makes me a bit ill. The tip just falls right off when you get it to a desired point. 😑 And I use a very good, sharp sharpener, btw.
