Literally the worst eyeliner i have ever purchased it dried out so quick. Didnt even last 2 weeks! Not worth the price!
Not worth it
I have no idea why I ended up buying another Tarte liquid eyeliner when I had a bad experience with my first purchase: 2-sided with black liquid and black gel pencil. That one AND this one, both dried up on the liquid eyeliner side simply by using it ontop of a basic shimmery eyeshadow. There was nothing specially glittery about these eyeshadows so it should have been able to handle it. I now have two Tarte felt liquid pens dried up in their tips, unusable, with obvious ink still in the pen itself. When it is pushed on its side, it excretes ink out. Such a pity, for now just have a little white gel side that any basic pencil could do.
