STEP 1: PREP Wet skin with DERMAPORE+ Prep Mist before using Extract Mode. Re-mist as needed (skin MUST remain wet for entire treatment).
STEP 2: EXTRACT Glide the tip of the spatula over any clog-prone areas including nose, forehead and chin. Keep your fingertips on the silver strip to allow the ionic technology to function.

I was skeptical at first after reading reviews but decided to buy it and return if it didn't work. I took a shower and double cleansed my face. One out of the shower I sprayed the mist on and fully saturated my face and started gliding the spatula over my problem areas. A few things came out of my nose and that was about it. The second time I tried it i did the same thing with the shower to open my pores and again sprayed the mist. This time I pulled my skin taught and made sure I was at the 45° angle and holy cow soooo much gunk came out! Ok so now I was intrigued and couldnt wait to have another session. After the second use I was out of the mist, but had another brand on hand to use. For the 3rd session a week later I used Magic Molecule as the spray and went to work. I actually think that brand works better because areas on my face where nothing came out previously, had stuff coming out. My skin feels and looks amazing, like there really IS a noticeable difference. Even my elementary aged daughter said my skin looked happy, less bumpy, and I didnt have black dots on my nose or chin. So if you have your doubts about this product, I still recommend trying it. Those who didnt get results most likely didnt take the time to learn how to use this tool properly. You MUST use the spray, or any liquid like water at a minimum since you cant pass it on dry skin. Magic Molecule is similar to what comes in the box and I found works better. Give this tool a fair shot before giving up. Its seriously worth it and addicting.
I'm glad I bought it on sale, extractor is meh
it's very low strength and doesn't really push out closed comodones well. I have to press hard and essentially pop my white heads instead of using the vibration and light push of the extractor like advertised. I'm glad I didn't pay full price for this otherwise I'd be more upset than disappointed right now. it's just okay, still got larger pimples though and I appreciated it came with prep spray.
My Second Time Purchasing!
The literal holy grail for me. The last one I bought was back in 2021. It has lasted me about 5 years.( had to repurchase bc my dog got hold of it) Very happy to see that this one came with a prep mist. I'm convinced that people genuinely do not know how to use it properly. The skin HAS to stay wet. I wash my face, and then with a warm washcloth, hold it over my nose to help open pores before using (my technique before the prep mist). Fingers have to stay touching the metal backing for it to work. Serums, and moisturize right after, as the pores are still open and skin is more receptive. You also don't need too much pressure- this is not designed for deep or cystic acne. When used properly, you'll be left with cleaner, smoother, more radiant skin. Worth the $ in my opinion.
