I've used ROC products for probably 15 years. I'm 73 and I have very few wrinkles. People say I look like I'm in my early 60's. I'll take that. I love all their products and use them every day.

It's just a balm.
I bought this after reading reviews that were positive. The applicator is nice and cooling but that's about it. No smell, No tingle, nothing. It's just normal lip balm in a sleek tube. First time trying their products and was let down.
