Smells okay but product packaging is lacking.
I received this package in a very generic bottle with no labeling (which is not typical for my other Baxter of California products. I'm not sure if it is sulfate-free like their face wash but overall it seems like a good product. In general Baxter of California products are very high quality.

This shampoo was really good. The product was clear and refreshing. It has a pleasant smell to it and really shined my hair. It was easy to get a lather and apply to the hair. Overall i would recommend this product.

I purchased this product about a week ago. And th product was packaged poorly and left our hair feeling stiff and dry . It also had no scent , which is important to me. This shampoo was just not for us.

Great shampoo. Leaves head feeling clean and fresh and leave hair smooth. You only need to use a tiny drop as it lathers up in the water and a small bit can go a long way. So far seem like very good quality and looking forward to trying other items from Baxter.

When I initially received this, it didn't have any sticker or mention as to what it was. Once I opened it I got that nice aroma and knew it was the shampoo. After I used it, since I use gel, it left my scalp feeling really fresh and clean. I didn't feel any oils and knew this shampoo worked better than any other.
