Frequency: Can be used daily (1x per day), suitable for both AM and PM cleansing routines.

Step 1 -- Brush Side: Apply your preferred cleanser to the face. Use the bristle end to concentrate on blackhead-prone areas such as the nose, chin, and forehead, using gentle circular motions.
Step 2 -- Nub Side: Flip the brush and use the wide silicone nub side to gently massage the face (cheeks, chin, forehead), aiding in exfoliation and improving skin circulation.
Step 3 -- Squeegee Tip: After washing off the cleanser, use the flat silicone tip to lightly sweep across areas where sebum remains (nose, chin, corners of the face) to remove any residue.
After Use: Rinse the brush thoroughly under running water and allow to air dry. The silicone material is antibacterial and safe for repeated use.
