Cleanse area to be treated. Adhere patch over the area. Microdarts self-dissolve into skin within 2 hours. Patch also absorbs secretion from blemish to flatten it. After 8 hours, remove by gently peeling back and discarding. Cleanse the treated area, and apply another patch if desired. Apply every 8 hours as often as needed. No-color, transparent patches can be worn overnight, or under makeup.

I wanted to test this acne patch idea out. Something that would magically get rid of your pimple over the course of the day or over night. I have combination mature skin (almost 30 yrs old). Surprised they actually worked!
I always get DEEP hormonal pimples thay hurt so bad and nothing ever fixes them, especially regular pimple patches. I had no expectations for these but after wearing 2 back-to-back for about 8hrs each, the bump went down soooo much!! I was so surpised! Its not gone completely (which isn't surprising) but its almost there, so happy these worked!! Highly recommend for those deep stubborn lumps 🙌🏽
Worth the Money!
The microdarts in these patches actually feel like they're working. The patches stay on all day, even through sweat and SPF. They also seem to reduce the size and redness of cystic acne, needing only a patch or two for containment.
Fell off so fast
Tried 3 times, none stayed on my dry face. pressing the microdarts did help with some inflammation though.
Help reduce my blind pimple!
Im honestly surprised how well this worked out for me. I had cluster of blind pimples around my chin area and touching it when I did my skincare routine, or casually place my hand under my chin, was painful. I bought two packa of the deel blish microdarts, and put them on day and night. They are true to their word that between 48-72 hrs the blemish dials down. Now I dont feel any pain, and the bump dial down. There is still a bit redness, but it isnt as red/pink(?) as it was before so this was a good investment. The only con about this product is that 9 patches is not, and they were not big enough. I had overlap two patches over the pimples that were together. Overall, great product and I would buy again if I ever come across the same situation.

Warning! These patches gave me a staph infection on my cheek. I'm unsure if user-error is the culprit, but upon applying the patches, I tried to push them down on my skin as their only adhesive is along the perimeter of the patch, and was in acute pain. It appeared my skin/pores were ripped open, and my moderate acne started to get worse. When I went to the dermatologist, I was prescribed antibiotics for an infection where the patch had dug holes into my skin. I am still recovering, but wanted to share my experience. I don't know how safe these patches really are, but if you do decide to use them, be VERY gentle upon application (maybe there should be some sort of warning in the instructions).
