Such a disappointment
This product is totally infective and I feel it may be breaking me out. The only lightning wand worked like magic and faded dark spots and post acne marks so quickly. I am not sure why Hero ever discontinued it, but overall very very disappointing

Didn't work for me
Made my face break out....urgh!
I bought this hoping to fade my dark spots and freckles. My face broke out in small bumps in the areas I used this product. My face never breaks out, I'm 59 years old. I have always been happy with my smooth skin, and never any issues with bumps, breakouts. Just returned it, disappointed.
Nothing comes out
I loved the previous version of this product, but with the new packaging, nothing came out of the tube. I twisted it over a third of the way up, and no serum at all came out. A complete waste of money.
