Step 1 Cleanse: Full Clarity Cleansing Powder Add a quarter-size amount to wet palms. Combine to create a creamy foam. Gently massage onto face and neck and rinse with warm water.
Step 2 Treat: Doing the Work Salicylic Acid Acne Treatment Apply a quarter size to clean skin on the face, neck and chest using hands or a cotton round, avoiding the eye area. Do not rinse. Use every other night for one week. Increase frequency to once a day, as tolerated by skin.

Ok, so I was pretty skeptical when I found this brand and decided to give them a try. My daughter has pretty bad acne though I wouldn't call it severe. None the less, I've tried so many different things from drugstore brands to very pricey products and honestly, nothing really made a difference. When I came across Personal Day, the research and ingredient lists sounded compelling but I also knew that I'd been down this road numerous times and it always ended the same. I bought the trial set and decided to use nothing else on my daughter's skin for a month to see if any significant changes were made. I only used the salicylic acid serum every other day as I didn't want to go too heavy either. So powder wash, serum every other day and moisturizer. After a month, all I can say is WOW! The difference in her skin has been huge! It's not completely clear but there is very little acne remaining and what is remaining is healing and not angry and red like it used to be. I am so impressed! I have been recommending this line to anyone who will listen! I'm so glad I decided to give it a go. Thank you for creating such a thoughtful and nourishing skincare line for people who need it so deeply.

Being in your early 30's with acne is a trip. You try medicated products and a few days in your skin becomes irritated; then you try to find a moisturizer to combat the irritation and dryness and you end up breaking out more from the moisturizer, and it becomes a vicious cycle 😵💫 Loving my trial kit and the creamy moisturizer to keep your skin at bay. The texture of the treatment step is so smooth and I enjoy the texture while applying.

I have oily skin and mostly break out around my chin. So far these products have helped clear up the current break outs I have and I haven't noticed many new ones. I love the powder cleanser - the texture is really nice and rinses off easily. My face feels clean but not stripped. I've been using the salicylic acid treatment twice a day and it hasn't dried out my skin. The moisturizer is really lovely and doesn't make my face feel greasy. It is a thicker consistency but I love how nourishing it feels. Overall I'm super pleased with these products and how my face looks/feels. My only downside was shipping and delivery took a much longer than anticipated, but now I know to plan accordingly.
