I rarely write reviews, but this multi-vitamin deserves all the praise. Seriously, if you're struggling with hormonal fluctuations or specifically, hot flashes, you need to try this! For a while, I was feeling run down, and the hot flashes were becoming disruptive—waking me up at night and hitting me unpredictably during the day. I started taking this multi-vitamin, and the difference is nothing short of incredible. Now I can't go a day without them!
