Work conditioner through hair from root to ends. Leave on for 3 minutes, then rinse. For deeper conditioning, leave on for up to 15 minutes. As a leave-in, work a dime-sized amount through damp hair, then style as desired.

To achieve 360 waves you can use your regular shampoo and conditioner, paired with the Coconut & Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie as the styler. Apply the Coconut & Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie to damp hair that has been brushed in the direction you want your waves to fall in. Use a dollop of product and work that into your hair with your hands and then start brushing the product in. This takes several minutes, and you will begin to see the waves forming. Once this step is done, wrap your hair with a du-rag and wait at least 20 minutes, or you can sleep with it setting overnight for a better result. When using a little goes a very long way, we recommend starting with a dime sized amount. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT OR THIS BRAND!!!!!!! Since the new look for this shampoo. The formula does not seem to be the same as it was (not nearly as good) and they removed the "no animal testing" from their labels. Absolutely vile and will not be repurchasing any Shea Moisture products ever again

I decided to try this shampoo and conditioner for my waves. It didn't work out so well for me. My hair was weighed down, felt oily faster, and it seemed to dry out my ends. I also personally didn't like the smell either. It may have just been too much for my waves, they're 2A/B waves, normal porosity, and my hair is thick. If your hair is similar to mine, I do not recommend. The picture of me with a light shirt is before using this shampoo and conditioner, no product in it. And the picture of me with a dark shirt is after using this shampoo and conditioner, no product in it.
