Love the color but can't use the polish
I love the color of this polish but I am bummed because I can't use it. I purchased this item via pickup and upon opening, there was hardened polish in the cap and there was no brush. After opening, a polish air bubble popped and over flowed onto the sides. This isn't a disappointment in the product itself, but a disappointment in Ulta's quality control. I will try to exchange for a new one.

This isn't a disappointment on the polish itself, it's a disappointment on Ulta's quality control. I'm bummed I can't use the nail polish and will return.
dull
Purchased the just vamping color. And it is just "dull". If it was a true matte finish I could live with it, but it just appears cloudy on my nails as it dries.

I have thin and sensitive nails so regular pokishes irritate my finger abd make the swell and hurt. This formula doesn't irritate my fingers at all.

The polish was opaque after two coats, but my polish had fibers in it that made it hard to have a smooth base and east application
