Bubble milky toner
Overall, I think it's a great product and very reasonably priced. However. I won't purchase again because of the packaging; When you close the top, product shoots out of the top. Sometimes a little, sometiems a lot (more than the amount on the face already) and is wasted although I do rub into my hands.
Sooooo soft!!!!
The cosmic silk milky toner feels like ACTUAL SILK on my face! It doesn't make my face get all red eaither!
Just Get it!
I was skeptical about this toner but was influenced by Miss Shelby Ann and its become a favorite! Its light-weight, feels like a moisturizer and i love the packagaing of it! Highly recommend if you're looking for a moisturizing toner!
I wish I could love this but…
This toner does an amazing job at moisturizing; you can feel your skin being hydrated and it leaves a lovely, glowy finish once fully soaked in. However, the ingredients, specifically the heavy concentration of Coconut Alkanes caused me to break out, and pretty badly, too, might I add. Ended up giving it to a friend who is not acne-prone and she loves it! Just not for me. All my acne girlies and guys, you can skip this one.
Excellent toner
I am 38 and this toner has done wonders for my skin. Really hydrates the skin and is a must in my skin prep prior to makeup. The way this has made a difference in my fine lines due to its hydration has me reaching for this once if not twice a day. I will be repurchasing.
