in love!
ive been trying this toner out under makeup for the past month, and i'm absolutely obsessed with it! it's thick, hydrating, moisturizing, and pairs well with every foundation, skin tint, and moisturizer i've used on top of it. the milky consistency allows it to be as thick as it is while still absorbing rather quickly into the skin (i still use a fan to speed it up though). it's quickly replaced the ilia base face milk in my routine, and i'll 100% be repurchasing it once i've finished this bottle. the only thing that i don't like about the toner is the scent. i think it's supposed to be fragrance free, but it has a strange smell to it that i don't really know how to explain. it goes away when you start rubbing it into the skin. it's just when you initially dispense it.

Terrible packaging
I really like the actual toner. Its very moisturizing without being greasy. Works well under makeup. However- the packaging is horrible. Everytime I twist the bottle top to close it, a large amount of product squirts out. It makes a mess and wastes a ton of product— about three times what I would actually use on my face. Very disappointed.
So good for combo skin!
This toner is so good for the summer! I am combo-oily and using this toner and then a sunscreen has been a game changer. It doesn't feel heavy or thick and my skin feels good throughout the day. My only con about the product is the packaging. If you don't wait a couple of seconds before closing the tube, it just squirts out.
Made me break out
I loved the texture of the toner and how it felt on my skin, but sadly it made me break out! Bubble reached out and recommend giving it 4 weeks as it may be purging, but ain't nobody got time for that.
