This is just ok for me. I haven't noticed any effects on my skin since I've been using it tho. I'm sure if you keep it in the fridge it'll be really nice during the summer or after a workout. It doesn't have much of a scent and I do appreciate that. Its a small enough bottle that you can easily toss...

As a women in the depths of perimenopause this little bottle holds the power to stop internal wars! Hot flashes pop up at the worst times and a spray of this helps! No added scents to irritate you. Small Bottle fit in my purse. Felt fresh for several hours after. Only thing now is getting a bottle for work and home. Must buy in my books!

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this cooling mist works. I am in my mid 40's and easily get warm, spraying this on my face and neck feels so refreshing and cooling. It's great to take along to outdoor sporting events and the beach!

I really liked this hydrating mist. I liked that if you needed a quick burst of cool liquid you could spray basically anywhere on your body. It didn't stop my hot flashes but it gave me a nice cool place I could touch to get a small amount of temporary relief. The liquid wasn't sticky and it actually had a pleasant odor. I'm going to keep this in my purse for relief whenever I'm out and about.

I really enjoyed using plusOne Cooling Hydration Mist. It made my skin feel instantly cool and refreshed without feeling heavy or sticky. The mist absorbed quickly, which I liked because I could use it anytime without waiting for it to dry. It also had a very pleasant scent that wasn't overpowering. I'm a fan of the ingredients I just don't know that I use enough of the product to really see much of a benefit from them. If you like to use a face refresher spray, this is a decent option. If that's not your thing, you're not missing out & can pass on this one.
