I ordered this and the shampoo online. The shampoo came sealed but the conditioner did not and it is only about 3/4 full. Is this normal? Should the conditioner have been sealed as well?

I loved using the dpHUE purple shampoo and conditioner to tone down those brassy tones in my hair, but some things seem to have changed since the last time I bought this product. The packaging was the first thing that changed and when I read the bottle it said that the product is made in the USA now, not Italy like it was before. The conditioner now is a lot more watery than it was before and the worst part is the fragrance that they have added to it. Before it was a pretty pleasant and slightly sweet scent, but now it has a very strong, musky fragrance that is not enjoyable. I prefer the old formulation compared to this new one :(

I purchased this conditioner with the shampoo, and I did feel the shampoo left my hair a bit dry, but after the conditioner and simply blowing out my hair, it looks blonder after one use. I've been trying to find a blonde shampoo/conditioner that keeps my base blonde and my highlights popping, and so far I'm pretty excited with this combo.

The brassiness of my hair was feeling so unattractive. I had purchased purple shampoo and conditioner at my salon (don't recall the brand) but it left my hair feeling dry so I returned it after one use. Picked up THIS product, however, at Ulta yesterday after reading the other reviews. Love it. This had an immediate impact on the yellowing in my hair and left it feeling soft and sleek-looking after just one use. My hair is fine, can dry out fairly easily. I also appreciate there is no animal testing with this product and it didn't get purple all over my shower stall. Two thumbs up, this product is definitely worth the price!
