I was worried this alone wouldn't be enough for my daughter's hair, but we've both been pleasantly surprised. She skips conditioner in the shower (so this cuts down on time) and this alone makes it so so much easier to brush through the snarls. She has a lot of fine hair that gets oily. This, along with the shampoo, is making a huge difference in her hair. Shiny, healthy, easier to brush, and not as oily.
