After removing screw cap, flip open the interior cap. Using a powder brush pick up a small amount of product from netting. I have Clinique, Mary Kay and MAC setting powders that I alternate. This very inexpensive Milani works better than them all! I love it. Blurs, sets and wears evenly all day. I will be saving my money and buying more Milani products!
