Twist the body of our waterproof eyeliner pencil until you have a tip that's long enough to work with. Glide along lash line from inner to outer corner. Add on waterline for a dramatic effect. Use smudger to blend color for a smokey look. For a precise line, gently sharpen using pull-out sharpener at base of pencil.

Worth it
It goes on and stays in place without smearing. I work out so it is not bothered by sweating which is great for me. Also not required to resharpened so its convenient to just throw in my gym bag and go.

I have a $4 eyeliner from Rimmel that works better than this. I can't even draw my waterline.

this is a joke. it breaks off and doesn't work on your eyelids or water line but only draws and shows your hand
