Twist the body of our waterproof eyeliner pencil until you have a tip that's long enough to work with. Glide along lash line from inner to outer corner. Add on waterline for a dramatic effect. Use smudger to blend color for a smokey look. For a precise line, gently sharpen using pull-out sharpener at base of pencil.
