My favorite waterproof liner but...
Need to know: if you buy this in the store, there are three different tips. You don't know until you know. I've, unknowingly, purchased the point with the edge and I didn't like it at all. I have no desire for a point with a ball on the tip. That said, this one is easy for line control and to create a beautiful cat-eye with.

Best Affordable Waterproof Black Eyeliner
I do wing eyeliner for my everyday look. So I am always on a hunt for good black waterproof eyeliner. This one is one of the best I ever found. It is so dark and go on easily even over glitter and metallic eyeshadow. I am using the third one now.

It flakes and does not apply smoothly. The tip seems to stay dry while the rest of the liner is dripping liquid eyeliner.
Buy before they sell to more expensive brand!
This eyeliner works like I have expected every other one designed like this to, but this one actually did. I'm not sure what people are talking about dry and bad color, that is exactly why I buy this one is because it is never dry and makes my mornings go 1000xs smoother. This eyeliner makes me look like a make-up pro. I highly suggest buying this. And I say buy it now, because everytime revlon comes out with a product this good it never lasts.
