Start by using the thin eyebrow pencil to outline and sketch your perfect brow shape. Then use short strokes to fill in any sparse areas, working in the direction of your natural hair growth. Next, twist open the brow powder and trace it over your eyebrows for added fullness. Finally, blend it all together by brushing your eyebrows up and outward with the spoolie brush.
