Our Color Statement Lip Liner is designed to be richly pigmented and long-wearing on its own, but applying a gloss on top can reduce its transfer-resistant qualities. Glosses naturally create a slicker surface, which can cause some transfer. Very nice lipliner except they do not have enough colors… they need a pretty Pinkish Brown added to the colors and a Rich Auburn shade as well. Wooden lipliners are the best. Milani please add more colors!!!
