You lost a customer with the new formulas
After almost 10 years of my hair loving the shampoo and conditioner I will have to move on. The new formulas cause brittle and unmanageable hair. I LOVED the formulas the way they were. I felt my hair was in great hands. Now I feel burned. The quality is poor and the prices higher. Very poor choice....

Something changed for the worst- runnier than ever
I am done with biolage products. They debranded their stuff, and the conditioner is runnier than ever and doesnt really moisturize the hair anymore. Why would I pay for this expensive product when I feel like it doesnt work? I dont recommend
