Wrecked my eyes!
I have used other Clinique products with no issue, this one destroyed my eyelids as well as under my eyes! Took me a bit to find that this was the culprit. Once I realized this was the source of my irritated eyes I looked at other 1 star reviews. My eyes and symptoms all mirrored theirs. Once i stopped using my eyes resolved but it was a slow process for them to get back to normal.

This product has caused what feels like chemical burns on my skin. The skin is red, raw, swollen, and looks generally strange because of it. Received a sample of this product with one of my orders. When I was trying to save myself from using up my normal eye cream, I tossed this in my gym bag to use in the mornings. After a few uses my eyelids became intolerant to everything, they hurt, stung, have become severely inflammed, and the worst part was I did NOT suspect this product. I trusted Clinique for being hypoallergenic and exclusively have been using their eye makeup products for years because they're safe for eyes. As I head into the holidays depressed by my eye rashes, having spent almost a month with no eye makeup to try and heal my eyes, I've only realized today that the sample jar of this product is the one thing I hadn't accounted for. Opening up the 1-star reviews I now see I'm one of many who has had a terrible reaction to this product. I wouldn't risk it with this one. If you have sensitive skin especially, you're opening the door for a terrible, painful time.
