Step 1: Rinse and Apply Cleanser: Rinse face with warm water and gently rub in cleanser.
Step 2: Wet and Power on Device: Rinse clean under water and power on device. We recommend modes 1 and 2 for optimum cleansing results.
Step 3: Smart Cleansing: Move brush head in circular motions, cleansing entire face. It is safe to spend more time in areas that may be of a personal concern.
Step 4: Rinse and Pat Dry: Rinse face and clean of any excess cleanser then pat dry.

How do I clean the brush? How often should I do it?

- Official Answer By PMD - Brand EngageThe silicone on the PMD Clean device is naturally anti-bacterial. That doesn't mean that it can be left to rot....It should be rinsed off and dried off after every use--especially if you live in a humid climate. You can also use an anti-bacterial wipe, soap and water, spray it with alcohol or vinegar and then wipe it down and dry it off. If you see stains developing or a buildup of products on the silicone, you can try soaking the head (bristle pad) and neck in a mixture of vinegar and baking soda for an hour or two and then rinse it off.Was this answer helpful to you

I would NEVER repurchase!
Device doesn't work. Came with a battery that did not work. Tried a new battery... it still its not working. I found it strange this brand was up for the 21 days of beauty. I thought PMD was quality brand. No wonder😒🤣. Will be returning it ASAP!
Underrated little gem
This PMD Cleaning Device is an underrated little gem. It does a nice job cleaning my face and removing dead skin and brightning etc, but where it really earns its stars is helping get the psoriasis flakes around the edges of my nose, buried in eyebrows, and crow's feet, and help make my makeup lay smoother and more comfortably. I use her about 3x per week. A+
Effective
So far I've noticed a difference in my pores and notice it helps get a deep clean. I use it 1-2 a week since I have sensitive skin and so far it doesn't irritate me.
WOW
I've been dealing with acne and redness for well over a year now and have wasted so much money buying products that did absolutely nothing. I went out on a limb with this purchase and all I can say is WOW!!! After my first use I noticed a difference right away. After 3 uses my skin already looks and feels SO MUCH better! This brush is truly amazing, my skin has never felt so soft and been so deep cleaned and clear! Any other brush I've ever had my whole life is not even worth comparing. This is truly an elite product! As a single mom, I don't have extra money like this to spend often but this was a must and so worth it! Couldn't be happier!
