Glide across lash line. Blend out quickly to achieve a diffused, smokey look or leave as is for a defined, bold look. After using, press cap in place to ensure it is airtight. As needed, pop out the built-in sharpener at the end of the pencil to sharpen to a precise point.

Decent, for certain applications
Wanted to try and love this since it had good reviews and I am always looking for a better eyeliner. I've tried lots- but I really need one that is smudge-proof, water-proof, easy application, clean, good for sensitive eyes and pigmented. Ha, is that too much to ask?!
