Use spatula provided to scoop a small amount of cleansing balm onto dry hands then gently massage onto your dry face and eyes until makeup is fully dissolved. Add a little water to emulsify the oil and rinse face with lukewarm water.

This is the best cleansing balm
I have such sensitive skin on my face that I try to stick with certain products I know won't cause irritation. I've tried so many different cleansing balms and oils. Most cause my eyelids to flare up. I'm now on my second big tub of this cleansing balm and this is the only one that is gentle enough to not cause an allergy nor make my eyes swell up.
I've repurchased multiple times
I have repurchased the big size many times, and I've gifted this twice!! It's so gentle! I straight up rub it all over my face, eyelashes and lids included, then add water and rub then rinse. So easy. I don't have to double cleanse. It's gentle on my eyelid eczema too!
Great basic cleansing balm
I do really like the product itself, but about 2 weeks into using it I remembered why I havent bought it in a long time. The lid collects excess product, which then liquefies, pools around the outside rim and runs down the side. Not the biggest deal, just annoying, especially for the price point.

Love this for makeup removal both am and pm. Much more reasonably priced than the clinque balm. Leaves my face feeling soft and moisturized.
