It works, but I hate lip plumpers

Very minty!
The comments that state that it smells/ tastes like vicks vapo rub are 100% correct, but I personally really like that so I don't see it as a drawback. I find it very pleasant feeling; it's not too sticky and the minty tingling feeling is downright addictive. The plumping aspect is more subtle than my usual go to (the too faced maximum plump) but it does noticably reduce the look of the vertical lines in my lips. However, I'm a bit disappointed that the shimmer isn't as pronounced as in the photo, the picture for "its gold outside" makes it look like the gold will really pop, and it doesn't if worn in a thin layer. I think to get that level of pigment I'd have to really slather it on. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could so I'm rounding up to 5; I will be wearing it everyday for the cooling sensation but I wish it was more sparkly.

Very disappointed because pixie dust is the PERFECT shade of pink and blue sparkles but the menthol in this is STRONG. It tastes and smells like bad cough drops and I can't stomach it.

I enjoy a variety of flavor and love a good tingling sensation. My favorite go-to plumping gloss is made by Buxom. I was looking for a good alternative. Unfortunately Cover Girl's version tastes like Vicks Vaporub. The applicator is absurdly large. The slip is nice, but I cannot get past the taste and smell of the night time goo grannies put on sick kiddos' feet.
Feels like ice on the lips
I love this so much more than other plumpers like the Maybelline one. This feels so icy and refreshing. The plumping effect is subtle but definitely noticeable. I'm on my second bottle now and this stuff lasts a long time with how much you get in the tube. It smells like mint ice cream and feels like ice cubes on my lips. I love this and it's going to be a regular in my kit. If you like minty lips, this is for you.

On my second bottle of now and I love it. My favorite subtle shade has been the blue "Minter is Coming". It gives glassy lips, a subtle plump, and feels likes a minty ice cube on my lips. It feels so different from other plumpers. I've tried Maybelline's plumper and that felt like pain. These can be a little shocking at first, but then they just feel so cooling and refreshing, like a sip of mint lemonade on a hot summers day. And seriously, these are glass lips in a bottle. And you get so much more product than other glosses.
