Covergirl shade finder said I am a Fair when inside the house near window during daylight or True Ivory outside the house during daylight. So which pressed shade is best for me, fair or light?

Translucent Powder
I was pleasantly surprised by this translucent powder. I decided to try it and ended up loving it. this will be part of my everyday makeup routine. (I have an oily t-zone and this helped keep the shine/oil at bay)

Packaging is great, texture is smooth hides acne would recommend washing off after 8 hours for acne. Coverage is amazing and scent is great. Shade is great as well.
This product gives flashback and looks cakey
The translucent powder just doesn't blend into my skin as much as I would like it to which leads to having flashback. Also, when I would look skin close up, it would look super cakey on me. Maybe the product is not meant for my skin type?
