Harsh ingredients often leave my scalp feeling irritated, so I was honestly a little nervous to try this conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked for me. I love that it's made with 99% naturally derived ingredients and is free of sulfates, silicones, and parabens. Finding products with a gentler formula is really important to me, and this conditioner felt exactly that. It didn't leave my scalp feeling irritated, and even when I rinsed it out, the skin on my neck and shoulders felt comfortable without any dryness or discomfort. My hair is color-treated with the AirTouch technique, so it's naturally more porous and tends to get dry. This conditioner gave my hair the hydration it needed, leaving it feeling noticeably softer, smoother, and much healthier. I also noticed a beautiful natural shine after using it, and my hair felt easier to manage without feeling weighed down. I especially love the creamy texture and the warm toasted coconut scent. It has such a cozy, comforting fragrance that isn't overpowering and makes every wash even more enjoyable. Overall, I'm really happy with this conditioner. PROS: - I love the package of this product - The smell is AMAZING - coconut is hard to get right because it's usually way to sweet CONS: - I had to use a lot of this product compared to other conditioners that I usually use - left a "film" on my hair and made it feel heavy and weighed down. This conditioner works great. I usually double cleanse with shampoo and then use conditioner, letting it sit for at least 5-10 minutes. I love that this conditioner is clean, I've been trying to find good hair products that don't have a lot of unnecessary chemicals and this hits that perfectly. No sulfates, silicones, or parabens yet it works well to soften my naturally coarse, dry hair. I recently colored my hair and it's been so good to lay this conditioner all over my hair as a sort of detangler to brush through in the shower. The smell alone makes me want to just leave it on all the time if I could haha because it just smells SO NICE. My husband who never wanted to use conditioner has also started using it and is now a "believer" from how soft it's made his hair! Definitely want to try the shampoo in combination now so that my hair can keep feeling and smelling pretty.
