Should I have damp skin before applying this serum?

This serum feels so nice on the skin and does a good job at clarifying my skin. I'm not acne-prone but I do have oily skin that is prone small breakouts around my nose and mouth and this serum is amazing for clearing up acne

I got a mini set with this serum and two other products, and this serum started clearing up my skin. Like i have acne prone/combanation skin and a lot of products/serums break me out really fast, but this serum helped me so much with hormonal breakout too.
Cleared up my acne
I have very dry skin and i recently started using a oil serum and i started breaking out because of it but so far the oil serum is the only thing that keep my skin not dry and flaky so i brought this product to balance it out and its working very GOOD my acne cleared up after only a couple days, i highly recommended this product
