Should I have damp skin before applying this serum?

It works
Cleared my month long chin breakout after 5 uses
Love this product!!
This product is an awesome addition to any skincare! I love everything I have tried from this brand and have been using their products for about a year now. I can notice a difference in the texture and breakouts I have every morning after using this. It also never dries me out!
This product destroyed my skin
Prior to using this, i had mild acne and was looking for something to clear it up. I had been using products from Byoma before so I decided to try this product. After a two weeks of using it, my cheeks and temples broke out horrendously with acne i've never had before. I haven't used this product in over a month and i still have constant acne and scarring. I have stopped all use of their products and gone to a simple cleanser and moisturizer and have seen little improvement. I would never recommend this product.
