For Full Coverage: Take one dip and use the flat applicator to slowly and evenly apply product to your bottom lip. Press your lips slightly together so the product transfers to your top lip. For Light Coverage: Take just *one* dip and use the flat applicator to apply the product to your fingertip. Gently rub the pigmented product to your bottom and top lips for a more sheer tint.
