I'm not sure they do much for brightening under your eyes and they make my skin sticky after I take them off but they feel nice when they're on
Irritated eye
Put these on one night and immediately felt a tingling sensation. Then the following morning i noticed one of my eyes had woken up swollen. Do not recommend! And this was my first time using it
