Wet brush hairs or sponge, then liberally spray on Brush & Sponge Cleanser. Work cleanser in with your fingers. Rinse until water runs clear. Gently squeeze out excess water and then blot with paper towel. Lay on a flat surface to air dry.

Good, but not great
For the price, I would recommend this product. However, I wouldn't expect it to clean it super thoroughly. It also cleans sponges significantly better than it cleans brushes.
Ulta brush and sponge cleaner
I received this product and it did not have a cap on top of the bottle. I looked in my box and it was not there. I feel as if this is poor product control. I am keeping the product because I really needed to clean my brushes. In the future, I will purchase a different brand. (I do buy a lot of items from Ulta online. I have seen other customer complaints about the quality trending down over the years and I have to say that I may have to agree with them).

It's my favorite makeup brush cleaner in between eyeshadow palettes and I gave some to my friends. I bought the travel size and I even have something in my work bag. I love it. I don't wait for a sell I have backups
Best brush cleaner
So far, this is my favorite brush cleaner. I only use it to clean my eyeshadow brushes and it only takes a couple sprays to get them completely clean. It's not oily and the scent is minimal
