Worst Brush Cleaner Ever!
This so-called cleaner ruined all of my makeup brushes. I wish that didn't wash all of my brushes at one time as now they are unusable and had to be thrown in the trash. After I used this "cleaner", I repeatedly had to use Dawn dish detergent and many rinses with water to try to get rid of the oily residue this product leaves behind. I never could get my brushes completely oil-free. If I could, I would give this product zero stars.
Good for quick clean up
I don't use this as a daily brush cleaner. I usually clean my brushes every other week with Dawn soap and cold water. However, this is great for when I have a last minute makeup client and need to clean some brushes asap. I have the small bottle so it comes with a sprayer and I haven't experienced oil on my brushes after using it
Ineffective cleaner
This useless cleaner didn't clean my foundation brush it ruined it! My brand-new Clinique $35 brush, was used twice to apply liquid foundation. It left probably 50% of my make-up still on the brush. I had to wash the brush in soapy water three times to get all the grease out. Its now ruined! It's going back to the store and I will have to spend more money buying another foundation brush. If I could give this junk zero, I would.
Greasy texture but effective
Works okay (takes a lot of rubbing onto pp towels for makeup to come off), but it does the job. It feels greasy if you get it on your skin, but it cleaned my brushes.
Oily residue
This daily brush cleaner leaves a heavy oily residue on your brushes. It smells really bad also. I had to shampoo my brushes several times to remove the oil. Not good.
