Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner: Apply once daily, ideally in the evening. Apply to the face and neck using a cotton pad or fingers.
Alpha Arbutin 2% + HA: Apply a few drops to the face in the morning and evening.
Caffeine 5% + EGCG: Apply a small amount onto the eye contour in the morning and evening.

I had placed an Ulta order, and when I received my shipment, the first time the packaging was all torn, products were missing, and other products were used. Reached out to Ulta to try to resolve this issue and get the rest of my order and the second time they shipped. It came even worse. I reached out to customer service and all they offered was 20% off at this point I was irritated with having to wait three weeks for my shipments to arrive, that I just left it at that. Will move over to purchasing at other from other stores.
Didn't suit my needs
I was looking for more of a moisturizer for my dry skin. Instead of hydrating, it tightened and dried my skin out. Maybe something should be added to the box noting "may cause dryness". Glad I was able to return and get my full refund.
