Yummy but not as cola forward as expected

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This perfume smells so fun, light, citrusy, and playful!! Firstly, the bottle design here is absolutely adorable, and the pink/blue glass on the classic bow is so fun. But I would imagine for this particular perfume, a green or yellow bottle... design may have been more appropriate and would have made more sense based on the actual notes and scent. Now for the actual fragrance- upon the initial spray, it smelled very sparkling/carbonated, which I found very unique. If I close my eyes and sniff this when it's freshly sprayed, I can picture a crisp Diet Coke over pebble ice with fresh lime juice squeezed in and lime wedges on the rim. However, after this dries down, more of the citrusy notes came through and I am only really able to smell the lime/lemon. I was expecting this to be a lot more cola-forward, but it didn't quite hit that mark. The only time I really smelled the cola was just upon the initial spray before it fully dried down. I am also not really getting any of the musk notes this is supposed to have. Personally, I would describe this more as like a sparkling citrus perfume with a hint of cola, rather than a cola perfume. For that reason, it is getting 4 out of 5 stars, since with the bottle design and advertised notes, it is just not as cola forward as expected. However, because it's not as heavy on the cola, this becomes a lot more wearable and versatile for the day-to-day. I would say this is perfect for any spring or summer occasion, especially for a vacation if you typically prefer something less sweet than other summer/vacation fragrances. Projection is also really nice, my husband noticed it right away and actually said it smells like the Lemon-Lime soda!! As far as longevity, Viktor & Rolf is the best in the game with long-lasting fragrances, so this fragrance was very on par longevity-wise as their other perfumes, and I could smell it on myself all day.
