Use as your best daily moisturizer with SPF protection. For best use and increased absorbancy, apply directly after your morning shower and before any exposure to the sun. Continue to apply throughout the day for sheer protection that absorbs immediately and provides long-lasting hydration for healthy, radiant skin.
Apply liberally and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 40 minutes of swimming or sweating, at least every 2 hours. Children under 6 months of age: ask a doctor.
Sun protection measures: spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum spf value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in the sun, especially from 10 am - 2 pm, wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
Precautions: For external use only. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. When using this product, keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a poison control center right away.
To recycle packaging: Twist off cap, rinse, toss into recycling bin.

I used it everyday for 1 week, didnt see much of difference. I like the consistency i.e gel type. It doesnt leave the white stain on skin and dries quickly. The only downfall is spf30. Very nice sunscreen but sweats off more easily than others
I seriously do love this spf 30, but did get more burnt than usual in Aruba this year. I reapply all day and used the entire bottle after 5 beach days, but dont think I will use this in Aruba again. I will however use in the summer down the cape when I already have a base tan and the sun is not as intense as Aruba. The lotion rubs in so nice, great subtle smell. Love that it isnt white and thick but definitely think it rubs, sweats or washes off more easily than other spf 30 I have used. It's confusing because I used the Dune face spf 30 and did not burn like body - reapplying at the same time. This is why I think maybe the bod guard wiped off on my towel while tanning or swimming. My face didn't.
Lightweight, Invisible, and Actually Feels Good on Skin
I am obsessed. This is hands down one of the most comfortable body SPFs I've ever used. The gel texture is so lightweight and truly invisible. No white cast, no greasy shine, no sticky residue. It melts right into my skin and feels more like a hydrating serum than sunscreen. I love that it's SPF 30 broad spectrum and water resistant, but still feels breathable and smooth. It layers beautifully over lotion and doesn't pill, which is huge for me. It also doesn't have that heavy "sunscreen" smell. If you hate thick, chalky body sunscreens, this is such a game changer. It makes daily SPF feel easy and effortless. Will absolutely repurchase.
Absolutely love this sunscreen!
Needed a good, reef safe sunscreen for 3 weeks in the south pacific and this delivered. We were in water/sun the majority of days and only got burned 1x when I got lax about reapplying. I haven't been stoked about how most mineral sunscreens feel heavy/sticky, this was light, hydrating, dried quickly and worked great. Will definitely purchase again.
Just do yourself a favor and buy this
The only spf I can handle on my face is Supergoop! Unseen, but even the body version of that is way too expensive. In comes The Bod Guard and I have a solution for my body - completely absorbing gel spf, gently scented for my body at a good price.
New fav body sunscreen
The scent is subtle and nice. The gel consistency makes it easy to apply and doesnt leave any white cast. At first it felt a little sticky on my arms but after 20 min or so it absorbed really nicely and my arms feel soft, not greasy or sticky. I've been trying a lot of different sunscreens and this is now my favorite body sunscreen that I'll actually want to wear every day.
