Cleanse, tone, then apply 1-2 pumps to face and neck, allowing serum to fully absorb before applying moisturizer or SPF during the day. Deep acne bump or breakout? Alternate by applying Biome-Balancing Clear & Prevent Acne Treatment Serum during the day, and spot-treating with Deep Relief Acne Treatment at night.

Saved me MULTIPLE times
I run to this product whenever I start to feel a breakout coming or even if one has already started and even though it has actives it calms down my extremely reactive skin. I suffer from getting breakouts during my luteal phase and this has saved me multiple times. The only thing I will say is that if you get post-inflammatory erythema, which I do, I would add a brightening serum or something else since this has helped with clearing my skin but it takes a VERY long time to help PIE. Overall, I have bought countless bottles, and will continue to as backups!
Great for acne-prone skin
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a nice serum for those with acne-prone skin who wish to have a little more control over their breakouts. It's not a miracle serum, since acne can occur for multiple reasons, but it's very helpful. The ingredients are great. This serum has a gel-like consistency and no scent. It doesn't sting or irritate the skin in any way, which is surprising for an acne product. I like that it has a pump, but the plastic packaging feels cheap for a $45 product.

I really like this serum. It's lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn't feel sticky. It helps calm breakouts without drying out my skin. My skin feels more balanced and smoother overall. Great option if you want acne control without harsh irritation. I would repurchase.

Okay I have never written a review before but I feel like I need to for this product/brand. I was struggling with inflammed, painful, acne under my skin that never came to the surface for a whole year. Since i started using Murad, it has stopped. Idk what they put in their products but i'll never go back to anyone else. I did a lot of research and everything told me that i need to heal my gut. My new daily routine is taking Olly's womens multi (for gut health) then the biome balancing acne treatment serum and their environmental shield rapid dark spot correcting serum. Ive been doing this for the last 4-6 months and my acne is gone.
holy grail ??
i swear this stuff cleared up my stubborn closed comedones especially on my forehead. now my forehead is so smooth after dealing with the comedones for years FINALLY. as for active pimples, it does clear them up but don't expect overnight results. it also helps with the redness and bumpyness of pimples too. overall a good product!
