GoodI purchased the eyeliner, smudge and eyeshadow brushes in this line. I would say the price hike is primarily due to the quality of the bristles more so than just the aesthetic appeal If the clear handle. The plastic is lightweight, and seems like it could scratch easily if not careful. The brushes are firm dense and picked up product well, but apply a bit sheerly. The bristles are a much smoother synthetic than the studio line counterparts and will require a good brush cleaner to keep them white. These are fairly decent qualityhsve and I am interested to see how long they hold up. I would repurchase some of these, but the cost is a consideration.What is up with it?Washed it and lost it's softness. Second time I wash it, it seems fine, all eyeshadow washed out, I leave it out to dry, I come back and it turned pink. My other brushes are fine so its probably the brush? I have no idea but I'm not gonna put this anywhere near my eye. I don't even know how to tag it because this is just strange.

I have used this brush two times since getting it in the mail last week. Both times the white bristles were dyed the color of my eyeshadow. Additionally, it does not transfer the eyeshadow very well onto my eyes.

I love this brush for packing on color, but I find it drags a bit on the skin if you try to blend too much. Short, pressing motions work much better than any sweeping motions. Also, come on, I love that chic handle at drugstore prices!

Perfect packer brush

This brush packs so much color onto the lid. If you want a pigmented lid, this brush is for you. It's also perfect for applying shimmer just in the center of your eye. The shape is perfect and it grabs shadows so easily. Favorite eyelid packer brush at the moment.

Brush lives up to its name - Beautifully precise!

I was looking for a brush that I didn't have to break the bank to purchase, and took a chance on this one. I spend a lot on makeup, and it's great that I've found a brush that does the job, for a very decent price. I haven't washed it yet, so fingers crossed that it will hold up. I'm betting it will, and I'll definitely will be buying more of them.
