I've tried several waterproof eyeliners, and this one is decent but not my favorite. The color goes on smoothly, but it can smudge a little throughout the day, especially if you have oily eyelids. I bought a brown eyeliner and I use it as a eyebrow pencil and it's amazing because it's a waterproof pencil so even if I sweat it doesn't move at all, I use it more as a eyebrow pencil

This is great eyeliner! I love how precise the tip is and that you just need to turn it to get more product up instead of sharpening. I also really like the dark brown color since it doesn't look as harsh as black. This eyeliner was easy to use and I'm able to smudge it a bit before it sets, so I can easily sharpen the eyeliner. This eyeliner lasted me all day and didn't smudge or transfer anywhere. Overall, I would recommend this eyeliner!!
