I have a bottle of this, and do like it, however, it is 3/4 of the way empty and I can not get the rest out. Any suggestions of how to get this lotion out of the bottle. Plus for the last several pumps, I pump many times and barely get anything out.

It can thicken up in cooler temperatures and become more liquid in warmer temperatures — this is completely natural and doesn’t affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. You might also notice a slight grittiness, which is a normal characteristic, similar to how coconut oil behaves. If you’re having trouble dispensing the product, we recommend removing the pump, moving it up and down quickly, and giving the product a little stir to help it pump out smoothly!Was this answer helpful to you

I purchased a travel sized set a year ago to try what lotion I liked the best and loved the light lotion that said something involving collagen in the name, but I'm not able to find it again. Is that this formula or the regular algae lotion? It definitely was not a balm as I had a thicker balm in the travel sized pot. Help!

For something comparable for the face, I recommend applying Atmosphere Protection Cream and adding a layer of Essential Hydrating Oil over it. I tried this in the store and loved it, but when I opened the bottle I bought and tried it, it has a super gritty texture to it, which was not the case with the one in the store. I tried shaking it quite well, but nothing changed. Is this the normal texture of the body balm?

Packaging-Dumb "Innovation"
I am an Osea customer. I have spent quite a few dollars on the undaria oil since I was introduced a couple of years ago. I use the mud cleanser, body butter, cleanser and the balm. Did you guys test this product while in the packaging? Couldn't have, and apparently you are not reading your reviews because its been stated. The product is not a lotion, so selling it as it is created like a lotion is not appreciated. It is time consuming this frustrating. I figure the oil base is to meld with the cream, but each time I dispense, I get oil and cream is left in the bottle—- unnecessarily expensive already, and down right disrespectful to leave much product in the bottle or banging your hand to get it out, still leaving product behind. Perhaps a tube could work best.

My skin feels buttery soft consistently now that I'm using this body cream. Be careful not to use too much, the first time I used it I overapplied. But now that I've scaled back on the amount I use each time. It is absolute perfection! Run… don't walk and get this now!

I really like the smell and the moisture this product delivers. I Do not like the heavy glass bottle or the inability to get the product out towards the end.
