Too sticky & too dense

Great except for the packaging
I bought this when it first came out and I just "finished" it (I'll explain the scare quotes below). The lotion itself is pretty great. It starts out feeling a bit sticky but that fades fast, then your skin feels pretty good for about 24 hours. It's also lightweight and easy to apply. And it's effective; I have sensitive skin and I get my legs waxed, and this lotion really does help to add moisture and reduce and prevent irritation. My main complaint (and I'm not alone here) is with the packaging. First off, the pump head isn't curved, which means you have to be reeeeeeally careful when using it because otherwise it'll squirt straight across the room lol. Second, it doesn't reach all the way down and since the lotion is fairly thick, I couldn't get a good 1/5th of the product out of the bottle. I eventually gave up trying; hence, "finished". So I'd like to re-purchase this, but I probably won't unless they switch to the upside-down squeezable packaging.
just okay and impossible to open
the lotion itself was just average. its on the thinner side, not greasy and is truly unscented. what really made it 2 stars was that the pump was impossible to open. myself and 2 others couldn't get the pump to pop up. received another bottle and still had the same issue!
the applicator doesnt work
is it just me or is the bottle impossible to open, the applicator doesnt pop up, i have to unscrew it off and empty it into my hand to use it
Please make in a bigger bottle
Im hoping this product takes off so that they can make this in bigger size. I've been using this lotion for about three weeks now I love it! It's very richly moisturizing. I can tell that it really penetrates deep into my skin, because my skin is glowing after using this lotion. The consistency is not super thick, but not thin like regular lotion, its somewhere in the middle. I wish they made this in a bigger size but a little does go a long way. I will continue to use this product.

I received this free with my order. I really love this. It is very light but incredibly moisturizing for me. Not many lotions gives lasting moisture.
