HOURGLASS Ambient Lighting Bronzer fuses the illuminating effects of Ambient Lighting Powder with bronze pigments for a natural, sun-kissed glow.
Benefits
- The airy, lightweight bronzers fuse the illuminating effects of Ambient Lighting Powder with bronze pigments to deliver buildable color and a radiant finish.
- While traditional bronzer tends to be flat, Ambient Lighting Bronzer uses Photoluminescent Technology for seamless blending and color transitions.
- The hand-made powders are formulated using an advanced miscelare technique - which means "to mix" in Italian - creating the perfect balance of pigment and powder, and no two look alike.
- Ambient Lighting Bronzer can be used alone for subtle warmth and contouring or paired with Ambient Lighting Powder to create depth and dimension.
- Cruelty free
Key Ingredients
- Photoluminescent Technology: The optically transparent particles alter the appearance of the skin by manipulating and refracting favorable light. The result is skin that looks smooth, even and enhanced - not masked.
- The soft-focus technology minimizes the look of wrinkles and imperfections, neutralizes discoloration and emulates the appearance of young, healthy skin.

My one and only ride or die bronzer
This is the only bronzer I've ever tried that looks totally natural, doesn't break me out, and doesn't turn me orange. Ive tried many including Pat Mgrath, Too Faced, Guerlain, ABH, Bare Minerals, Tarte, Nars, and a few others and they all either show up orange, break me out, apply super patchy, or...

Lovely finish, but very pale
I love a natural, easy to blend bronzer with just a hint of sheen. The finish of this particular shade (nude bronze light) was perfect. There is just a hint of subtle sheen… No sparkles, no highlighter. However, the tone of the bronzer is so pale that it really does not show up on my skin. For refe...

Diffused bronze
I love this bronzer as someone with light skin and cool undertones. The undertone of diffused bronze is more red than it is orange so it doesn't look like a streak of orange on my face like a lot of bronzers. It also blends so beautifully and has been lasting me a really long time!
natural bronzer
depending on what you're looking for this is either great or not your thing. this is a very light (shade range is not it) shimmery bronzer. i feel like you can definitely find something similar to this for cheaper. personally i didn't find this necessary and it was a bit too warm (and i got the coller shade). i returned but this will work for you if you like a natural luminous look.
My one and only ride or die bronzer
This is the only bronzer I've ever tried that looks totally natural, doesn't break me out, and doesn't turn me orange. Ive tried many including Pat Mgrath, Too Faced, Guerlain, ABH, Bare Minerals, Tarte, Nars, and a few others and they all either show up orange, break me out, apply super patchy, or just look unnatural on my skin, (I have light-light medium skin with a neutral undertone that leans slightly cool). Hourglass, though expensive, is my ride or die. I swear by this stuff. Ive used both shades Nude and Diffused and I prefer Nude because it looks completely natural and subtle and blends beautifully, and it makes my skin look so healthy, luminous, and perfectly sun kissed (Diffused was slightly too cool for me, almost more of a contour shade). I cannot recommend this stuff enough. And it lasts forever too! The mini size lasted me nearly a year and i bought the larger one a month or two ago and have barely made a dent in it. I also have oily skin and this stays on for over 12 hours and does not make my skin more greasy. If you've had trouble finding a non comedogenic bronzer or every bronzer you've tried makes you look orange, or if you want something a bit more subtle but natural and beautiful I seriously recommend you try this!
INSANELY ORANGE
There is no universe in which the "fair" option of this product would suit a fair skinned person. It is comically orange. I wish I had known that you can return used products because I feel guilty every time I see it in my makeup bag knowing how much money I spent and how utterly unusable it is
Diffused Bronze Light Review
I am a Clear/Bright Winter in seasonal color analysis. I have light olive skin that tans well, but I avoid sun for health reasons. My face is always lighter than my body. It picks up color in summer, even with sunblock on. I want to match my face to my body. My color analyst told me not to use contouring or bronzing products because it will muddy my complexion. She said I can use highlighters. I told her I did not like having a light face, and I asked if I should wear darker foundation. She recommended Hourglass Diffused Light because it is not an obvious brown, but a rosy glow like exercising. When I compare my light face to my darker shoulders, it looks more even with this product on. I love it very much and I am glad I took her advice. I used to wear Chanel Soleil de Tan and others, but I do not miss them because they were flat brown. This one is so luminous without being glittery.
