I have never used a liner like this. And I have high end sharpeners, none worked with this. The tip kept breaking off. Too bad I will never know if the liner was any good. That being said they should know about this flaw and fix it or replace if it's not a regular occurrence. Being a gel liner snob, this will not get a good recommendation from me.

This was a gift. 1st time out of box it worked some but dragged and crumbled. Then tried 3 different cosmetic sharpeners and just kept breaking. Now it doesn't work at at all. Even tried on back of hand and barely makes a mark. I give up.
